Health insurance can be confusing. SwiftCare LLC works with many types of insurance plans. Although we’ll make every effort to bill your insurance provider, we can’t guarantee coverage due to varying copays, coinsurance rates, plan networks and deductibles. Also, while many of the lab tests we offer are performed in-office, there are some that require processing at an off-site lab and therefore may result in a separate bill from that facility.
Some insurances do not cover certain types of visits. Reach out to your insurance company if you’re unsure if your policy covers a service or treatment at SwiftCare. If you’d rather we not bill your insurance company or if you have an exceptionally high deductible, our self-pay option could be a less expensive option for you and your family.

* Pricing may vary based on level of visit, procedures or testing performed, if any. Our staff works hard to see those in need of visits, and based on short appointment times, appointments are considered late after 5 minutes. Cancelations are required within two hours of scheduled time or will be considered "no show", which may result in a charge. Rescheduling will not be accepted after third no show appointment.
